Refund Policy
Refund will be possible only when MY INDIAN THINGS fails to deliver the product. You can exchange any product purchased via our Online Store, the return period is 15 days from the date of delivery. We will only accept unopened and unused products for exchange.
MIT will not pay for any design exchange shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of exchanging the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error due to Myindianthings.
All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the day of purchase.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges on customized products (custom-sized murals, custom designs).
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse pickup policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
Return Process
1. You can e-mail us with product defected images within 5 days from the date of delivery.
2. Please mention your order Id number in the subject line to help us easily process your exchanges.
3. The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request.
4. After the receipt of item(s), your request for exchanges would be processed.
In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
Note: - Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us.
