  • Clear photographs and/or an unboxing video of the wallpaper

  • Order and invoice details

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement wallpaper to be dispatched at the earliest possible timeline. If required, we may also arrange a courier pickup of the affected material.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be applicable only if My Indian Things fails to deliver the product.

  • Refunds are not applicable for customised products, including custom-sized murals and custom designs.

  • Any approved refund will be processed within the standard timeline via the original payment method.

Return Process

All wallpapers by My Indian Things are custom-made and made-to-measure, designed specifically for individual walls. Since each product is uniquely manufactured, no two wallpapers are the same.

For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, design preference, or incorrect selection made by the customer.

  • Returns will not be accepted once the wallpaper has been installed, as customised products cannot be reused or resold.

We strongly advise customers to inspect the wallpaper thoroughly before installation.

Please note: Some pin codes may not be feasible for reverse pickup. In such cases, customers will be required to send the item back to us.
